- A recipe we use throughout the year as well as for holidays. I have also had this made with cauliflower.
- Mashed potatoes are baked with cubed, white bread, sausage, green pepper and onion. Substitute turkey sausage if you prefer. This dish freezes well.
- Crawfish tails and Creole seasoning are exciting additions to this rice, beef, and vegetable dressing.
- Makes even tough asparagus, tender and tasty! Try using vinaigrette dressing in place of the butter too.
- This is an excellent cranberry sauce that is good year round. Buy cranberries in November or December and freeze them so that you can make this sauce throughout the year. The prepared sauce freezes very well.
- Not your normal every day baked potato. Potatoes are cut into connected slices before being seasoned and baked. I leave the skin on (it gets crispy and yummy), but this can be made with them peeled also.
- Soaked in a delectable honey soy marinade, and paired with grilled vegetables and a Moroccan-style couscous, both meat eaters and vegetarians will enjoy this dinner.
- A great mix of heat and sweet! Chicken skewers marinated and grilled to tender, juicy perfection. Enjoy with a peanut sauce, honey, or even plain!
- This tantalizing marinade is quick and easy to make and teams cayenne, hot pepper sauce, ginger, herbs and lime juice to give your tastebuds a good 'kicking'!
- I am always looking for ways to jazz up the boring burger and came up with this after having a delicious caprese salad. Be sure to use fresh basil!
